Things for iOS really is a thing of beauty | Cultured Code

I happened across this twitter thread when I was about to suggest to Cultured Code that they allow filtering by Area in their Things app. As it turns out, there is a way:

Well, you can tag the area, and then all its children will inherit the tag automatically. Then you can filter Today/Upcoming/Anytime/Someday by that tag and see only the items from that area. Have you tried that?

This actually reminded me today to clean up and better organize my Areas in Things. Also a great idea on tagging in Areas. I didn’t even know this was a thing (no pun intended).

Now, to someday dig into ways to utilize their faux-webhook features…
